In just a few weeks, the puppies had doubled in size and were ready to be placed in homes of their own. They bounced around in their cage and pawed at the wire gate. Many visitors came to see the family. The woman who discovered them at the train station and called St. Hubert's ended up adopting the mother dog. Each day a puppy was adopted and left St. Hubert's with new owners.
