Be sure that you have the latest version of RealPlayer
browser plug-in installed.

ReadPlay works best with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape
4.x browser or better.

If you only receive audio or the video is choppy, then there is
not enough bandwidth to send video. At a minimum, a good 56k connection
is necessary to view the stream.
•
Of course a fast Internet connection is preferred, 56k or better.
If you have been considering upgrading to a DSL or cable modem,
perhaps it is time. ReadPlay looks and sounds great at higher bandwidths.
