Nancy
Lane, illustrator of Buster, Where Are
You? (2000) and Rico's Hawk (1998),
is a freelance artist and graphic designer
who lives in Ossining, NY. She is a versatile
artist who can work in a variety of media,
and her finely detailed illustrations are
executed with warmth and character. She
has received numerous awards as a graphic
designer, including The Gold Medal for Book
Design from the Houston Advertising Federation,
when she was an Art Director in Houston.
